VSCode Designer
A tool to help desiging color themes for VSCode.
Created using React, this gives a graphical experience to a process that would usually require the need to manually type settings.
Users can download the generated settings and import them directly into VSCode.
This was one of my first React projects and although it's a little rough around the edges, I'm still proud of how well it turned out
Boardgame Toolbox
An offline-first progressive web app (PWA) built using react.
The app provides a set of tools for playing board games, including dice, counters and score cards for times when you might not have the tools to hand.
This idea came out of a genuine problem that I'd faced a few times, where I was planning to play games with friends but was not able to due to not having something as simple as a die or notepad.
BEM Helper - VSCode Extension
An extension available for VSCode to help with writing HTML while using BEM naming conventions.
Any naming issues found in your code will be flagged, encouraging consistency throughout your project.
One of the most useful timesaving features is that the extension can also generate SCSS / LESS / CSS style sheets directly from BEM markup.
Box Of Slides
A slideshow framework built in React.
Slideshows are built using markdown and include speaker notes, share links and are all downloadable.
Because the framework is built on the web, slideshows can be accessed from anywhere with an internet connection, removing the need to carry around a USB stick of PowerPoint documents.
